What a piece of GARBAGE! Mr. Resnick felt that he'd benefit far more through a back-door-deal with the opposing counsel, than by representing me, his potential client. He violated my attorney client privileges, and in order to help out a fellow attorney, he intentionally ran out a statute of limitations, which cost me my career. Even his own colleagues were shocked. I taped it all and I may even put up a website about it. It's the lowest form of attorney ethics violation.
