As an owner of a multi-family dwelling that falls into the Commercial category, I needed an experienced Lawyer who not only could assist me with Landlord/Tenant issues ranging from Tenant non-compliance to disputes over Security deposits. I wanted someone who could confidently represent me in Landlord/Tenant Court. I found Steven Jayson to be this Lawyer. He is professional and very knowledgeable. His attention to detail and prompt follow-up makes working with him a pleasure. He treats me like a person not a dollar amount. If you find wading through "legalese" a daunting prospect, Steven will confidently and capably lead you through it. He proved this to me when he recently created a new and updated Rental Lease Agreement for me, and patiently worked with me to make changes to fit my needs. The office staff is just as good as Steven. I would recommend him to family and friends for any legal needs.

Steve has worked with a number of my companies, and has always been an absolute pleasure to work with. He's negotiated leases for us, written retainer contracts and MSAs, helped with employment agreements... pretty much everything we've needed. Steve is thorough, responsive, quick, and an absolute bulldog when it comes to making sure his clients get the absolute best deal. A couple of times, he's talked me out of compromising early in negotiations and got a much better resolution than I would have, and that kind of feedback - and a lawyer with enough passion and guts to give it - is absolutely invaluable for a small business owner. He has been helping us since 2016 to collect debt someone owes me. I couldn't be happier with his service. I have dealt with several attorneys regarding different matters (yeah, not good experience personally) but I just wish I could have met him from the beginning instead of dealing with other attorneys. He has shown us the qualities that attorneys are expected to have: thoroughness, not giving up easily, timely follow-up, keeping clients updated timely before clients even reach out to him. Most importantly, I am very pleased with his timely follow up and keeping me on the loop. When the debt collection process stalls, he takes necessary actions by reaching out related parties (court, sheriffs, you name it) to ensure the money is collected and promptly gives me an update. I'm quite thorough myself and very detail-oriented. If someone can satisfy me, he/she is really good with he/she does. Another thing I want to point out is that he is very prompt in responding my questions. He is available via phone, email. I had an attorney who took years to respond to me. of course, I stopped him representing me soon after. I'm very pleased with Steven's service. In fact, I have been recommending him to my colleagues and friends. You will not regret having him represent you!! I strongly strongly recommend him.

Steven has been helping us in our debt collection for several months now. Most of the cases he gets are debt that is extremely old and the debtors are hard to find. Considering these factors, Steven had done an excellent job in both tracking down the debtors and arriving at an amicable payment plan or getting paid outright.
