Gregg was recommended to me by a family friend who was a retired lawyer in Bergen county, to assist me with a moving violation. I had spoken to several lawyers before calling Gregg, but knew after my initial conversation that he was the person I wanted representing me. He's a straight to the point, no sugar-coating the situation type of guy. He lays out all the facts for you, and then walks you through the different options that you have based on his many years of experience. He is empathetic towards his clients, but a pit bull when it comes to your case. For my moving violation, he explored every angle and was able to identify issues that ultimately lead to a lower penalty that I've been told by others (including lawyers in the same court room) shouldn't have been possible. I would recommend Gregg and team to anyone that requires a lawyer for any situation.

Recently contacted Mr. Porreca to represent me in a small matter. Chris met with me and explained the likely outcome of the case, listened intently and answered all my questions with care. On the day of court Chris arrived early, spoke with the court and within 15min we were leaving with a favorable resolution! If you are looking for a lawyer who knows what they are doing and does it well you've found him.

Whatever you do I suggest you do not avail this attorney's services for any criminal related matters. Mr. Porecca had no idea that the judge had offered us a way out of the criminal matter and Mr. Porecca had no idea that a form to diminish the said proceedings even existed. Mr. Porecca found out about that form when the judge called us in and resulted in me being punished in the matter. This attorney has no idea about criminal matters at all. I am sure he is good in divorce and other matters but please save your $, save our time and most of all get yourself a competent lawyer in criminal matters and Mr. Porecca most certainly is not the man for criminal related matters.

Gregg Wisotsky was a beacon of hope to me at a time when options appeared limited and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed near impossible.
