Jason is a nice person but divorce is expensive. Even when you have nothing. Your retaining fee is just that. Within two months you will be getting bill after bill after bill. Be clear to what he's charging. Do yourself a favor and shop around!!! All lawyers will get you a divorce but some will cost much more than others. Don't believe when they say things like "l am giving you a break on my retainer fee" I won't charge you for phone calls" and best of all, month after month " I need $2,000.00 to continue your case. By the way when you're ex spouse doesn't follow any of the settlement orders. You can wallpaper your bathroom with the divorce settlement papers. Or better yet pay Jason another $20,000.00 to go back to court and in force the agreement. Do yourself a favor if you have nothing defend yourself.

During the horrific ice storm in March of 2015, I slid my minivan off of I-78 just west of the 287 split. Though I was only going 25 mph, the airbags deployed. The car was still drive-able but the officer, a NJ State Trooper, who was called on the scene stated that due to the airbags deploying, the car could not be legally driven and I'd need to get a tow. That was the extent of this man's courtesy. He then proceeded to write me a string of tickets, despite the fact that no one was injured and I had pulled my car out of the travel lanes and onto the shoulder. This was a real slap in the face and was wanting desperately to find an attorney who could plead my case before a judge, hopefully more reasonable than the trooper. I received a multitude of letters from lawyers but in the end chose to go with Chris Pollard. His prices were fair and he gave me the "real" story of what was possible with the tickets and charges against me, not any of the "pie-in-the-sky" promises some lawyers made. At trial, Chris expertly handled the Trooper and plead my case before the judge. In the end, everything was dropped other than a charge of blocking traffic, a zero point ticket with a $50 fine. I was elated. Mr. Pollard really knows the law and had the experience to bring sanity to the court.

Christopher G Pollard was my lawyer in a three week trial in which I was fictiously charged with non payment of rent. Mr. Pollard fought hard for us, and the outcome was, the landlord had to pay us our security that we deposited. Not only did we receive judgement in our favor but, the landlord also had to pay 7'/,
interest over the 18 year period. What a Christmas! I highly recommend Christopher G Pollard as your next attorney. John, Elizabeth, N.J.
