When first meeting Erica, she was very conserned with helping me and collecting as much information as possible. Through out the experience she was easy to reach and responsive . She is in it to genuinely help you yet very professional . Erica is also reliable and makes you feel comfortable. She has a calm, collective , amazing peirobality and I would recommend her to anyone!
