After being charged with my first DUI and refusal due to my breathalyzer blows not registering, as well as an additional 12 other tickets plus 2 felony charges I knew I needed an experienced lawyer to help me with my case so the first thing I did was a Google review. I called Gregg's office and they got me in the same day to speak with him. Before meeting Gregg I meet with another lawyer earlier in the day, than later on I meet with Gregg. From the moment I meet Gregg's assistant Colleen I felt such at ease. Never once did I ever feel like I was being judge. The moment Gregg walked in I knew he was the person to hire before he even said I word. Gregg was nothing but honest from the moment I meet him and explained to me that my case was a mess which I already knew. I knew he couldnt promise me what the outcome would be but what he promised was he would put up the best fight he could, and which he surely did! I was looking at 10 months lost of license plus possibly loosing my job in the medical field due to the felony charges. Gregg requested dash video from the police vehicle and of my field sobriety test but unfortunately the police department had no video. Gregg continued to push the police department after they kept saying they had no video of anything of my arrest and after him not giving up the police released the inside video footage at the police station. This video that Gregg fought for is what put the icing on the cake for my case. After Gregg reviewed the video he reached out to his his expert witness and was able to get my refusal thrown out! The video also showed my altercation with the police officer and my 2 felonies were dropped to misdemeanors where I was than able to do a conditional discharge so they will not be my record. In the end I walked away with only 3 months lost of license! I can't thank Gregg and Colleen enough for all they have done for me. Collen and Gregg always kept me updated throughout the whole case. Gregg even gave me his personal cell phone number if I had any questions or concerns! The best thing I did for myself was falling onto Gregg's info during my Google review and choosing him as my lawyer! If you need any help do not look any further, Gregg and his team are the ones!

This was the first time I have needed a lawyer for something and to say that I didn't know what I was looking for is putting it mildly. Initially, I was very worried about picking the wrong lawyer, but I looked at Gregg's reviews and I thought this might be the guy. He was also the first one to call me back and did it personally. Worst Lawyer out there. He is clueless and TRIES to charge people so much money to take advantage of them. He knows nothing about criminal charges. He can cost someone a lot more than just money. BEWARE and Do your research before committing .

I got myself into some legal trouble on New Year’s Eve and my Mother referred Gregg to help me get out of the mess I was in. Gregg was awesome!!! He was very understanding and he believed everything I told him about my situation. Gregg was EXTREMELY dedicated to my case. His goal was to get all my charges drop, or get my case dismissed and get my record clean again and he did not stop fighting until that goal was accomplished. Gregg was very professional, but at the same time down to earth. He was very straight forward with me and honest and with everything going on Greg still made me feel comfortable. I experiencing court for the first time, with a lawyer that truly demonstrated experience and knowledge of the law. It was a very expensive night for me, as I had to pay the damages I caused, but thank God… and thank you Gregg… my case got dismissed.

I walked into his office with a mountain of charges on me. (26 charges to be exact) I was at the lowest point in my life. I walked into Mr. Wisotsky’s office with no hope at all. After meeting with him and him studying my cases. He told me it wouldn’t be an easy case. But he promised me he would best his best! He sat there and spoke to me about every detail. He walked me though everything that might happen. It was the scariest time in my life.
