Saba was able to handle an extremely difficult case that i brought to her. Jason is a nice person but divorce is expensive. Even when you have nothing. Your retaining fee is just that. Within two months you will be getting bill after bill after bill. Be clear to what he's charging. Do yourself a favor and shop around!!! All lawyers will get you a divorce but some will cost much more than others. Don't believe when they say things like "l am giving you a break on my retainer fee" I won't charge you for phone calls" and best of all, month after month " I need $2,000.00 to continue your case. By the way when you're ex spouse doesn't follow any of the settlement orders. You can wallpaper your bathroom with the divorce settlement papers. Or better yet pay Jason another $20,000.00 to go back to court and in force the agreement. Do yourself a favor if you have nothing defend yourself.

After several years of different case workers and no satisfaction with the courts on receiving the back child support for my son, Jason was very successful in researching my case. He was professional, persistent, and very particular about all the details of the case. He was successful in that I started receiving back payments and continued to keep a close watch on the case so that we did not fall through the cracks.
