I don’t even know where to start. This lawyer was literally a nightmare. His communication skills were horrible. He told me he could take my case, held onto it for an entire year, waisted my time, then to tell me I didn’t have a viable case. He waited until I was over my statute of limitations. So, with that being said I couldn’t even go else where to take care of my case. I lost my son due to a doctors negligence and this lawyer had zero compassion for me. Completely unacceptable, a horrible experience.

As a client of Mr. Hoyt, I was very happy with the outcome of my case. He sat down with me and explained everything in detail to me and my husband. He listened to me and what no other attorney would do, he accomplished. When Mr. Hoyt wasn't available to talk to immediately, his support staff was able to help in anyway and always pleasant. Mr. Hoyt was a pleasure to work with.

I found Jack very smart and competent, sensitive and responsive - at the same time, he was tough and a great negotiator.
