When it was clear I was going to be getting a divorce, a trusted friend suggested that I speak with Melissa and her team right away. I hesitated because she is very far from where I live in New Jersey, but I went up there to have a quick meeting and when I left I was blown away by how comfortable I felt with her. I rarely leave a review, either good or bad, but I feel compelled to leave a review for Melissa Ruvolo and her team. Not only do they make you feel comfortable the minute you walk in their offices, they also truly understand every nuance of a divorce which, as we all know, is uncomfortable to say the least. Most importantly they identified the clever tricks that my ex-husband's attorney was trying to use to cut off my child support. As a mother of four kids it would have been the end of life as we knew it. Melissa is not only the smartest attorney I have ever met she is also, if this is even possible, an honest attorney. Currently I'm on the sidelines watching my brother go through a divorce in New York, and he is spending money hand over fist because both attorneys keep coming up with new proposals. Ruvolo Law is the only law firm I've ever heard of where people don't wince when they talk about their divorce lawyer, but instead clients are grateful for the guidance and advice she offers. For that reason, I have recommended some of my closest friends to the firm.... and we live in Monmouth County (which illustrates the literal length I traveled to avoid the family/divorce attorneys in this area). I cannot recommend Ruvolo Law highly enough.
