I reached out to Ast & Schmidt two years ago when my family home was in foreclosure with a sheriff's sale looming. After being denied a loan modification twice,, I finally received a trial modification, thanks in large part to the hard work and persistence of Antoinette. She really went the extra mile for me. I didn't think it was possible, - I thought I was a gonner for sure - but thanks to her I'm making payments to the mortgage company and living in the house today.
