he’s not good at all, if i could give 0 stars i would he showed up twice and wasn’t saying nothing then he said he’ll meet up with the client ( my child’s father ) and never did .. i could on and on but please don’t book look up mark fury everything the reviews say is true

This review is long overdue. The only reason he got a 1 star is because it wouldn't allow me to choose nothing. Let's begin with the price change. I was quoted one price and then told I owed a balance after it was paid off. A few thousands. I worked hard to get the money up for my brother's case. I had to continually call in for him to schedule a phone visit with my brother. His court date came still no visit or phone call, it was done a few minutes before court. Everything he promised me as far as the case was NOT fulfilled. Never got the charges downgraded, never went over the discrepancies on the discovery. Oh, and it took a few months for him the send the discovery to us, after numerous phone calls. Eileen was wonderful with her communication, but the ball stopped at Fury. So, I started communicating via email for documentation. The judge even yelled at him in court because, things my brother asked for wasn't given to him, we were a 1 -1/2 years in. Things like a full discovery, video etc. Even after that, I had to call into the office 3 weeks later and ask if he was going to send the discovery to my brother. The one my brother received was different form the one I got, and his son got. My Nephew hired a public defender, he had everything in a timely matter and walked out of the jail a free man. We hired a paid attorney and didn't receive half of what he got for free. Three parties were involved, the charges should've been equal charges. He came highly recommended but did nothing for my brother's case from a friend of his. That was the first sign. That was easy money he basically took from me, I burst my behind getting that money together for him, it was all on me. I'm not getting into my brother's case, that's a whole different scenario. I gave yall, the important details. If you need a shark look elsewhere, it's not here. Less is not best. Well, his less went up on us. Check reviews, scheduling a free consult means noting. He will talk a good game. A shark game, but he is not!

I would give this review 0 stars if it was possible because Mark Fury did absolutely nothing for me. I paid him and his office never sent any documents to the court to request a date, so my license was suspended over a speeding ticket. His office never returned my calls, never sent a single email confirmation as they said they would, and when I called his secretary Irene to explain the issues she was rude and unprofessional. At one point she hung up the phone on me because they charged me twice and I said with him showing up 2 hours late for a VIRTUAL court date that the overpayment is due back to me immediately. I would have been better off without his representation. Even a public defender would have been held more accountable. If you are looking for a professional attorney do not hire Mark. He is the farthest from professional. I am still waiting on my overpayment that he claimed would mailed to me almost 2 weeks ago. His entire office is clueless and a total waste of your time and money. You have to check in on him all the time like he’s a child to make sure he is doing his job, for the service you are paying for! He never is and his office didn’t return any of my calls. If you want to pay twice, not be represented, sent zero correspondence, hung up on, given the run around, and pull your hair out he is your guy! If you want to hire a professional look elsewhere. Completely disgusted!

Irene was amazing she sent all paperwork needed so Fury could get me released after 12 days of being in a nightmare being expedited to Texas wasn't an option I live in NJ and for a crime I didn't commit wasn't sitting well with Me

Mark Fury represented me in Municiple Court. He was very thorough with my case and he always showed interest on what I had to say. I think Mark is an excellent attorney. Very well know in the Burlington county area. Smart man and willing to work with you. He is a beast and knows exactly what he is doing. Love his assistant Rhonda as well. I recommend him. You will be in good hands.

While going threw the motions of divorce. Mark was very attentive to me and my children needs and what we deserved from my husband. He was always there to listen and to answer any of my questions. He is an absolute blessing from God.

I received a ticket for illegally passing a school bus in Pemberton and it was my word against the cop. In most cases a cop's word against a civilian would always win, but Mr. Fury was able to get the cop to admit that he was wrong and the charge was completely dismissed.

He was two hours late and spent less then 10 minutes in court. He is condescending and arrogant. I totally agree with the other reviewer "he is the worst lawyer ever". My story is similar in so many ways but the part that I witnessed even more is his part-time assistant sending a form letter saying our case is closed after the one 10 minute appearance and asking for a payment on the spot when he came for our court. When I first hired him I gave him $500.00 and he said we can pay installments. He never spoke to us before going into court except to ask for 300 dollars. And never asked us about the visitation arrangement we could comply with. Instead when he got in front of the judge, they agreed on the time and if I did not agree it would appear as if I was not cooperative and I'm the one that was pursuing my visitation rights. He's awful. Do not hire him.

Mr. Fury just got a false charge against me completely dismissed. I talk to him first whenever I have a legal question. His consultation is free and he is always knowledgable, pleasant and honest. I highly recommend.

Mark Fury has represented me and my family members in municipal court several times. I feel like I always get a great result at a reasonable price. I have referred all my friends to him and everyone of them has been satisfied
