I asked this firm for help getting money that is owed to me by a former tenant. I provided information about the case and gave them what they asked for to carry out the agreed action to send a letter, to begin the process. I had to send pictures and information more than once. My case was not given any priority because it took weeks to draft a a letter,probably more like months. I informed them I had no new address for the former tenant but they took my money then later said it was returned so there was nothing else they could do. I asked for my money back based on the fact I was not told that they couldn't find the tenant and would mail to the former address. My money is just gone but that is unacceptable. This is an addition to my initial comment made after the response from the firm. I went to these people for help after a tenant stiffed me for money and now this. You check the response and go from there.
