Very professional and personable. Mr. Rosenberg impressed me with his knowledge of the law he was straightforward and very clear. He worked very hard for me and was able to have my case dismissed. If you want the best then you definitely want to hire Mr. Rosenberg. I cannot thank him enough for all he has done for me. I can say that I hired an attorney and came out with a friend!

Excellent representation! Daniel Rosenberg represented me on a traffic charge which was nearly impossible to get out of. He spent a long time consulting with me prior to taking my case. Clearly his knowledge and experience showed. From the time he walked into the court room, you could see that he was known and respected (that makes a difference). He defended my case as if it was his own. Essentially I can say that the rather serious traffic violation (which carried some pretty hefty fines, points) was pretty much dismissed, downgraded to nothing. The outcome was better than expected! I walked out of court feeling great, like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I really appreciate his diligence and expertise in representing me. If I could give 10 stars, I would! As an independent contractor, I was involved in a financial dispute with a small business owner. The owner and I had an agreement regarding compensation but the business owner then tried to alter the arrangement due to poor financial management of his companies. The owner then tried to force a return of funds and threatened legal action. I was sued criminally and civilly by the business owner. You are looking for a Lawyer for a reason PLEASE READ THIS.!!! Right now you are looking for a competent, experienced,aggressive, lawyer one who knows the laws and exudes confidence.. This is what you will want to hear.. WE GOT YOUR BACK.. THEY DO !! and then some.. Now My story.. I was charged with a very serious crime. I faced 5 to 10 years in prison and was absolutely destroyed by these charges. I had originally started to sway towards a public defender, but when I talked to Dan he was listening, he was aggravated with the reasoning and he was immediately on my side and I felt that..( Im going to be honest, Good Council is not cheap.
