I rarely leave Google reviews, and I never in my wildest dreams thought I would leave one for a lawyer. Yet here I am, astounded at the service that I received from two lawyers. I originally met with Robert Perry over a temporary restraining order that was served on me by my father. My father is in the early to mid stages of dementia; my 2 siblings and I went to check on him after being cut off from all communications. His ex-wife, not our mother, swooped in to help him when he started showing signs of confusion. My brother and I have been helping him for the last few months and have set up full time home care so he was safe. The ex- wife found this a great opportunity to grab his assets. To make a long story short, her behavior was so egregious that a bank attendant notified Adult Protective Services of her predatory behavior. After our welfare check, we were served a temporarily restrained order orchestrated by the ex-wife. Mr. Perry assured us this was the most ridiculous restraining order that he has seen in his career and not to worry. Nonetheless, he took a detailed history of the past ten years, left no stone unturned and prepared for what I thought would be a total BS case. Unfortunately, Mr. Perry was called away for a family emergency and wanted his partner, Mr. Rosenberg, to defend us rather than postpone the hearing. Mr. Perry, Mr. Rosenberg and I met on a Sunday for three hours to bring our new lawyer up to speed on all the minute details. By the way, we were not charged for these billable hours, nor for Mr. Rosenberg’s court time. Surprisingly, the court hearing lasted 6 hours because my fathers’ lawyer was a long-winded pompous “lawyer”. Because of our earlier prep work and Mr. Rosenberg’s calm cool demeanor, it was no contest. We won hands down and the restraining order was dismissed. Sorry I expounded a little bit, I had to so you know how unbelievable this law firm is. These lawyers are not typical in my experience. They are not lawyers; they are caring professionals that practice law. That is the highest compliment I can bestow upon them. They are a testament to their profession; our world would be a very different place if all lawyers tried to emulate them.

If you need solid legal representation and a team that will look out for you, this is where to turn. Steve worked with me to handle a case where the outcome really seemed to be hit or miss and they were diligent and attentive to every detail and I am extremely happy with the outcome!

It did not take long to realize Dan is passionate about his law practice. Talented and intellectual. If you need his help, you are in good hands. Thanks Dan.

Dan was really amazing. Having no idea what we needed to do in order to be ready for a court case, Dan expertly and kindly walked us thru what would happen and what to expect. He handled himself so professionally but at the same time was sensitive to our concerns and patient with our questions. I would HIGHLY recommend Dan to anyone that needed legal help. He was my attorney in a difficult situation some time ago. If tell the truth, the more I contact attorneys for different matters, the more I like Mr. Rosenberg. When you were accused of a crime you didn't commit you do need attorney. I was lucky to find Daniel Rosenberg. First consultation was free. I find all I need: confidence and understanding, respect and professionalism with very reasonable fees, kindness, talent of presentation , willing to help from the beginning to the end, attorney who has specific experience .... You would feel as normal man without painful feeling of humiliation. He get to the heart of the matter. The important part for me: Daniel is an attorney with empathy, who would work hard to help. Daniel is a great person and an awesome attorney!!!
