My husband was facing a felony charge with possible years of imprisonment. I contacted the law firm RosenbergPerry & Associates and Mr. Robert Perry was my husband’s attorney. The experience was comforting in a time of despair. Mr. Perry took time to listen and was always available and responded very quickly with any questions that we may have had throughout the process. You feel like they have your back and are working on your behalf always . We were kept up to speed on every step of the way and he made sure that we knew and understood what was going on with the case as things came up. Within a year’s time my husbands’ charges were dropped and his record was expunged. I had the misfortune of being involved in a case that resulted in a charge of 2nd degree aggravated sexual assault. I was facing the potential of 20 years in state prison. The circumstances that led to the charge were absolutely false, and Mr. Perry and his team saw that the moment I stepped foot in their offices. I can’t recommend Rosenberg Perry and Associates enough. I recently was served a summons for a court date for a moving violation. I’m inexperienced with court proceedings and was a little nervous to go by my self (via Zoom). I reached out to RPA, and Renée Moyer, one of the Paralegals took my information and one of their lawyers called me back. My lawyer, Nathan Mammar, called me back and after reviewing the facts from my perspective, he clearly explained and laid out the possible outcomes and consequences of different scenarios and approaches. Long story short, he worked with the prosecutor’s office to reduce my ticket to a non-moving, non-point violation. Although I don’t expect this to be a real likelihood, my ticket won’t count against me and risk loss of my license (they had explained to me that three violations in my lifetime could result in loss of my drivers license). I am very satisfied with the help, support and advocacy from the ROSENBERG | PERRY & ASSOCIATES, LLC team throughout this process.

I was very hesitant upon speaking with Mr. Perry. It had nothing to do with him, but I was dealing with extremely difficult legal matters and my way of life and freedom were in jeopardy. This fear and stress were all eased when Mr. Perry explained his plan to tackle my legal issues. Mr Perry was worth every red cent! He and his legal team handled my case with the utmost professionalism. I left my previous lawyer and took Mr. Perry as consul; hands down the best decision I could of made.
