Planning the inevitable future with your parent(s) is definitely not the best of times, especially when they are not only your parent(s) but also your friend(s). I recently had the true pleasure of working with the Fendrick/Morgan Law team in just such a time. My mother and I (Father passed in June of 2022) utilized their services in the capacity of Guardianship for an Incapacitated person, Last Will, Power of Attorney (several areas) and three Trust accounts. Words cannot express the gratitude for I have for their team. If words were to be used, compassion is one word that rises to the top coupled with professionalism and empathy. Fendrick Morgan law office was dedicated to providing us what we needed and welcoming us. The process for services and cost were clearly explained durng the initial call. At our first in person interaction with office staff, we were greeted so nicely by Mercedes that my mother asked me if we already knew each other. Madeline, our lawyer patiently explained what we needed to know about legal documents, gave sound advice and charged a reasonable price for services.
