Review of one's estate planning involves wills, powers of attorney, and possible trusts. This firm can handle the simplest up to the most complex financial/family situations. One may have to confront difficult situations depending on the family members and the level of harmony among them. Mr. Fendrick worked with my wife and I, and helped us to resolve some difficult decisions. He was able to explain things that neither my wife nor myself thought of. The encounter involved completing online forms, some phone calls, and a ZOOM meeting. The signing and notarization was done in his office. Overall, we were very satisfied. This encounter was done to update our initial estate planning from several years ago.
