Terrible experience! This is not the place to trust. Retained this firm for over a year before eventually firing them. I was never met with in person and communication was horrible. They did not care what the outcome was as long as they kept getting paid. I wasted a ton of money for nothing. It wasn’t until I started working with another attorney that I saw how a professional law firm that cares about their clients looks like. Do yourself a favor and hire anybody else in the area!

This is not a good firm for anyone getting divorce. Right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. Commutation between lawyers and office personnel was not good. Had to leave the firm.

Had an emergency legal issue after a big blow up with my ex-partner over Christmas and Ms. Budrock swooped in during the holidays to save the day. Ms. Budrock no doubt saved me time, money abd annexity with her legal expertise.

Jessica Budrock represented me in my matter and I was satisfied with the outcome.

Complete waste of money and time.. no fight didnt present everything .. judge steamrolled me her words verbatum.." woefully deficient..".. my lawyers 1st words to me after hearing..." well that sucked..". utter amazed they stay in business especially in atlantic county.. didnt even win a financial disclosure with judge.. but wanted another retainer to keep my case ongoing..?? Everybody who knows my ex knows for fact she is living with her bf even her family has stated how wrong it is i have to pay her lifetime alimony yet this firm couldnt even get judge to do a disclosure.. Go elsewhere if your case is in atlantic county..

Jessica Budrock is by far the best family and divorce lawyer. Almost immediately after my consultation with Jessica, I knew that she had me and my three children at her best interest. Not only does Jessica provide you with the legal support you need but her ability to comfort you through the devastating process of divorce is amazing. Jessica explains everything in detail and is extremely organized. Jessica and her staff's professionalism is unmatched.

This firm represents what we all hate about lawyers. I hired them to host my divorce mediation. I would email them and not hear back nonstop. I had to continually call to get updates. The contract they drew up for us had a ton of wrong information showing the attorney didn't due her job. This cost us more money to have her fix her own errors. They then tried to raise their rate without first letting us know. Now I asked for my remaining retainer back 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing but crickets. Stay far away from this practice. They truly don't care about their clients. They only care about money. If you can't communicate well with your clients, you don't deserve to be in business.

When I was looking for a divorce attorney in my area and reviewing numerous firms, I found Weinberger to be the best rated and qualified. After one session talking with Kourtney Borchers, I knew I made the right choice. Kortney spelled out all that could happen and the options. She asked what I wanted and said she would do her best to get it for me. She’s tough, but has a compassionate side. I was always able to reach her or her paralegal Roxann. Before my court date she laid out what would happen and it was just as she said. My court time in front of the judge was minimal and Ms. Borchers took charge. By the end of the day, I had my divorce papers signed and sealed by the courts. Every penny I paid was well worth it. Thank you so much Kourtney for all your help. I would highly recommend Kourtney to anyone who is seeking a divorce.
