Thomas Roberto is not only an expert in family court he is also an absolute blessing to me and my family. I had previously spent 7 long disappointing years in and out of family court over a custody battle of my two daughters. I've gone through a decent amount of attorneys in that time frame. I’ve previously hired what was said to be, “the best of the best attorney”, the “aggressive in the courtroom” attorney, even the, “they know the Judge well” attorney. Not one of them could accomplish what needed to be done. It was so disappointing going into the courtroom with documents that should have changed our order yet coming out with little to no change. It wasn't until I hired Thomas, that big change happened. Thomas honestly made me feel heard, he paid attention to every detail of my case and was sure to sequence our history effectively. He was strategic, organized, & sharp. He worked quickly and efficiently and I truly appreciated his forward thinking. After 7 years, I went from having to share 50/50 joint legal custody to sole legal custody while being able to relocate with my children from New Jersey to Florida, and I have Thomas to thank for that. He got done what no other attorney could in just a few short months. I almost can't put into words how grateful I am for all of his hard work and for the peace it has brought me and my daughters.

I would like to highly recommend Kim Greenfield as a divorce and child custody attorney. I have worked with Kim since 2019 on my incredibly difficult and on-going child custody case. Kim was nothing but professional, compassionate, committed, and thoroughly knowledgeable regarding all details of my case. Kim is extremely responsive and helped guide me through a tumultuous battle with my ex-husband. She kept me grounded and understood all of my concerns and kept me focused on my goals. I cannot thank her and her team enough for all of their efforts and dedication.

Hopefully I never have to go thru another divorce again, but if I do Thomas Roberto would be my first call! He is always on top of everything and makes you feel like he only works for you. Very helpful during my divorce process.

I had a difficult and contentious divorce experience however, with the help of Mr. Ron Lieberman, we were successful in negotiating a settlement agreement and attaining a final judgement. Mr. Lieberman’s extremely quick response to emails and phone calls sped up the process. His knowledge and empathy is admirable as well. I am so pleased with his representation and recommend the entire firm in divorce matters.

I chose Julie Burick as my divorce attorney due to her insight and professionalism. She led me through a difficult emotional process. Divorces are never easy but Julie brought it to conclusion very efficiently.

Let me first say that Tom Roberto and Kim Greenfield are the best. They took my case when no one else would. Before finding this firm, I had some horrendous legal representation for my divorce case and the post-divorce cases that followed – it was truly a nightmare. Briefly, two years post-divorce, my ex-husband decided to file a motion to take primary custody of our three teenage children – citing that I was unstable. In the process, he also succeeded in turning them against me. Up to that point my legal counsel was not protecting me, my children or my personal interests at all – their advice was to just to yield to my ex’s demands. This was devastating to me financially and emotionally. I sought the advice of other legal council but no one would take my case because of how difficult it was and offered no encouragement, recommendation or hope. I was sick about it – literally, it was affecting my health. I was at a point where I trusted no one. I felt helpless. Then I happened to be look at the Internet for law firms and that’s when Tom’s name came up – I looked at his reviews and there was a client that had a very similar situation as mine and he was able to provide her some hope and relief. She gave him a glowing review – I called him immediately, explained my situation, he agreed to take my case and I never looked back. Since then, he and his associate, Kim Greenfield, have really turned my case (and my life) around. When Tom took my case and the massive stacks of paper and the ridiculous nonsense that accompanied this case – he scoured through every last piece of paper that I gave him – he then brought in Kim to assist with the case and they both were able to do what I thought was impossible and turned my case around. They were very patient and kind with me with all my anxiety and hopelessness – they pulled me out of a very dark place. I am grateful. In conclusion, both Tom and Kim are very thorough, have amazing communication skills, are compassionate, patient, honest and practice law ethically, without the mud-slinging – I can go on and on. I am hoping someone reads this – who is struggling legally and probably emotionally that they will see that there truly is hope in it all – there are some truly competent and trustworthy lawyers (Tom and Kim) who care – I had lost hope but I’m so glad I found them – they really changed my life.
