I heard about Thomas Roberto through a close friend who insisted that if I needed a Divorce Lawyer, this was the guy to lock in. Tom put comfort to every aspect of my case that I was concerned with, while also addressing everything I wasn't prepared for. From seemingly impossible communications, to drafting a MSA for signature, I am grateful to have had such competent guidance through my situation. Tom and the firm alike are a good group of people to find yourself with when you need it most.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Tom. My divorce was the most challenging thing I have gone through and I wouldnt have survived the process if it wasn't for his temperment, knowledge, and professionalism. He was extremely responsive (still is for the little things I need here and there) and thorough -from the first consultation through the end. He truly put the best interest of the kids first and listened to my views. He is not the type of attorney to try and stir the pot for extra fees. If I wanted to "give" on something he made sure I made an educated decision and then supported me. While being a caring attorney, he knew when to push for an important outcome to ensure me and my kids were protected going forward. I hired Mr. Foran through the firm Adinolfi,, Lieberman, Burick, Roberto & Molotsky located in Haddonfield, NJ. Mr. Foran handled an application to the NJ Family Court requesting the court consider termination of my spousal support obligation as a result of a change in status of my ex-spouse. I feel Mr. Foran did an excellent job putting together the application to thew court, including researching material regarding my ex-spouse on social media. The result of Mr. Foran's efforts resulted in the Court terminating my spousal support obligations. Ryan was a great help in an incredibly difficult time for myself and my family. My custody case had a lot of intricate details and not a lot of history to go off of, but he spent many hours sifting through case law and consulting with other attorneys to find the best course of action. While my case changed very quickly multiple times, Ryan always stepped up and adjusted our plan for the best possible outcome. He listened carefully to my concerns and explained to me very clearly what would help or hurt us in the long run. I've returned to him for multiple other issues, both related and unrelated to my previous case, and I will continue to do so in the future. My opponents were aggressive in their approach and had the upper hand in many respects. Knowing my situation was volatile and will likely last for awhile, Ryan has continued to check up on me and give advice where he can. I was referred to Ron Lieberman from my lawyer who I had for 16 years who retired. He had no reservations recommending Ron. I had issues post divorce from 2003 onward. Ron was able to catch up with what had occurred over the past 16 years. He was realistic and aggressive in stating my point of view to the court. He is excellent in court and arguing your case and stating what may not be clear in the court documents. In fact, this is where he is the best!! He has extensive experience and knows what is most likely coming next. He listens and makes recommendations but will ultimately do what you decide. Divorce law is an difficult and emotional situation. He helps you take the emotion out of it to make the best decision for you.
