If I could give Mr.Shulman 100 stars I would. Because he is wonderful. I highly recommend him. He helped me when I felt like my back was against the wall. It’s not all about a dollar to him. TRUST ME I KNOW. He actually cares. Unlike many other lawyers. Thanks again for taking on my case and speaking for me when I couldn’t speak for myself.

Words do no justice for the outstanding service and professionalism I experienced being represented by Michael Shulman. Some background: I was found with a small, 500 MG weed cartridge for my vape pen and was subsequently arrested in NJ. I was given the option for a public defender but decided against it after speaking with some friends who are attorneys. I found my way to Michael Shulman through word of mouth, and I could not have chosen better representation. Michael is thorough, quick to respond to emails (I rarely waited longer than 10 minutes) and answers all questions without hesitation. He has a clear grasp of the law and criminal defense and provides you with all your options. His prices are VERY fair given the level of service. I cannot imagine being represented by a public defender, especially after witnessing the other cases during my appearance before the judge/court. I ultimately enter a “guilty plea” and opted for the conditional discharge which is a diversionary program in municipal court that exists for first-time drug offenders. I was required to enter probation (or “mini-probation”) for one year. Following completion, the charges are dropped, and record expunged. There were some hiccups after being ordered to “mini-probation”. One month passed and I had still not receiving anything from court regarding probation. Two months, nothing. Three months, the same. Michael was proactive and reached out to the courts/probation every month to ensure I was covered, and the probation start date was not extended. This is the type of service you do not get with a public defender. In short, if you find yourself needing criminal defense, do not play with your future. Call, email, text Michael Shulman. You will be glad you did.

Jared goes over and beyond for his clients. He is a stand up lawyer: if he says he’s going to call u, email u, submit this/that on your behalf-he will. He is compassionate, punctual, honest, and diligent. He went over and beyond to ensure my case was dismissed and that I was compensated by the other party.
