I’ve enlisted the services of Robert Lord over the years. I’ve never been disappointed. I appreciate his candor and honesty. Oftentimes, I’ve sought advice outside of his legal expertise but he’s never steered me wrong. I’ve also had the pleasure of working with Allie(paralegal), she’s very thorough and personable. Overall, I can say that I’ve never had a bad experience.

Horrible liar lawyers

Avoid Alvarez at all costs. This is not a fake review. It is the truth and my opinion. There are other negative reviews as well.

It was a pleasure working with Anthony Fattell, I had never before needed a lawyer. He explained everything so clearly to me, with every new step we did he explained the process and the next step, he was always available for me, I spoke to him more than his staff. He got me a larger settlement than originally expected. It was a great experience working with him, I highly recommend Anthony Fattell.

Unprofessional by far. The receptionist refused to give her name and mentioned her name is irrelevant. The location more than likely has caller id and ignore calls. I’ve been following up with the location for 4 months and nothing has been followed through despite signing paperwork and getting my photo id copied. Michael started with getting my information and then Robert was potentially going to assist. However, after following up on 2/2/23 the experience with the receptionist was unprofessional. I tried to inform Michael of how the receptionist was not professional and I was in the process of putting my experience on the website. With that being said Michael abruptly says we will not be able to help me and I will have to go elsewhere. This was said without review of the website. The follow up did not exist, false hope of taking the case resulted.

Over the years, my family and I have worked with Robert Lord and this company, and he has always been our go-to guy. If not for a case, it is for guidance. The business has consistently endeavored to provide its customers with the greatest services and best care possible. Alessandra was also extremely helpful as always because she stays on top of your case and is always available to answer your questions and concerns. I rate them 10/10 or a 5/5 because they are top on my list!

Choosing Mr Fattel to handle my legal matter, was a wise decision. Completely satisfied .
