Accepted my case and I never heard from them again until I kept receiving medical bills and when I contacted the office to see what is going on. Mr Goldstein calls me back and tell me my case is not worth his time.

I was rear-ended in an accident in 2011. My car was totaled and I sustained back and neck injuries that required surgery. Mr. Goldstein was there throughout the whole process. He went the extra mile calling me after my procedures. After choosing not to settle, we went to court and we won a larger settlement from the jury in part because of Mr. Goldstein’s opening argument and overall presentation. I’m grateful for all the work he and his staff. did on my behalf.
