My lawyer that I hired to represent me in a matter failed to communicate properly and keep me updated on what actions were being taken on my behalf. I hired this attorney and this is my opinion and my opinion only. He ended up giving up on my case leaving me to defend myself. I do not recommend him.

Jay Mascolo saved my life & future. I was facing a 3rd dui charge and hired Mr. Mascolo to represent me. Through the De'Nevo appeal process he was successful in presenting to the judge the resins why the decision should be overturned. Then, it happened...INNOCENT VERDICT!!! I was facing 6 months jail & 10 yrs loss of driving privelages which were all dismissed. The arrest occurred New Years when I was found sleeping in a car legally parked and completely off after 2 hours of sleeping.
