Taylor DiBenedetto… Absolutely a fraud. Worst experience with a lawyer ever. Will steal your money. Paid $2500 for detention hearing after being promised that he will get me out. He didn’t even show up to the hearing. Sent another representative. Did NOT get me out. Paid another $2500 for a reconsideration hearing with the promise that he will show up. He once again did NOT show up. Sent a representative and did not get me out. Paid another $2500 for an appeal. Did not get me out. Never negotiated with the prosecutor on my behalf. Found out two more inmates had him as an attorney. One had been in custody for 13 months. The other for 15 months. Never negotiated a plea with the prosecutor of either of those inmates. I fired him, hired another attorney, and that attorney had me released within the month. Do not let this firm steal your money! The best attorney to find is by word of mouth NOT internet advertising.

Wonderful!! I was very lucky to have been represented by Kate Mitchell and everything went very smoothly and eased my mind. I called them not knowing how to proceed with my situation at all. I had faith in them and immediately after the first phone call I was confident that I knew I made the right choice. They explained to me the possibilities and outcomes of my case and I waited about two months for my court date and I was able to leave with just a minor fine and no record. This went better than I have expected and I am forever grateful. Thank you very much

Taylor is a great Attorney, he was very patient and attentive. I recently won my case and I would definitely recommend Taylor.

Facing a case in which I had priors for, I was almost sure that I would definitely have to do jail time. After my initial conversation with Mr. DiBenedetto, I felt confident that him and his firm would represent me adequately, and that is exactly how it turned out. Actually, it turned out much better. I had my court hearing today, and the plea agreement ended up turning out better than the original one discussed. No probation, no jail time, minimum fines. With a great track record of success, including my own case, I recommend Mr. DiBenedetto to anyone seeking the best legal representation available.

Please stay far away. I was scammed beyond belief. Absolutely no communication whatsoever. My messages were never answered. I was constantly referred to call his office instead, where I was told he would contact me directly but he NEVER did. I should have know this was a scam upon being asked to pay up front without having explained my side of the story. DiBennedetto did not contact me to prior to my hearing, and I was forced to reschedule as I had no idea what to expect. We had not discussed ANYTHING prior to the hearing date. Not what happened. Not how I got my tickets. We had only spoken over the phone ONCE and it was to take down my debit card number. Our hearing was switched to Zoom and he was not even aware. When I corrected him that our hearing was virtual and not in person, he responded with “ok good”. He finally called me, after MULTIPLE attempts of getting in contact with him, 30 minutes AFTER my hearing was to start, to say that our hearing was tonight. To make matters worse, he called and texted from a completely different number than what he we had been using. Thankfully, at that point I had already contacted my municipal court and explained the situation, and the date had been changed, which he apparently was also not aware of I am still in disbelief at how unprofessional and slimy this encounter was, and I advise everyone to stay away. I am not sure if positive reviews are being purchased, but please scroll through the negative ones and see that everyone is having similar experiences.

If I could leave less than a zero I would. Very unprofessional. Very unorganized. Very very rude. The Secretaries were ok but the attorneys were so rude. I probably would of been better getting a public defender. Did not call you the day before to discuss the case. Did not call you to even give you the new court date I had to call the court myself. Called the law firm the day of because no zoom link was not sent to me. They spoke to me as if I didn’t retain their service. Did not fight to reduce the charge . The experience was so horrible please stay away.

Hiring Bernstein and Dibenedetto was the smartest move, hands down, relative to a complicated DWI offense. Mark and Taylor were always quite professional, very compassionate and extraordinarily competent. The office staff was also exemplary! If I could submit 10 stars, I would...because 5 stars seems inadequate. Thank you again, gentlemen. You were worth every penny, affording me a return to normalcy in my life!
