Mr. Granda was very courteous, patient and highly knowledgeable of our tenant issues when dealing with an emotional eviction case. He was straight forward and answered many questions I had; in which was based solely on the law and factual information; He didn't misguide us or give us false hope in any way just to appease us; he was always empathetic to our situation. I would highly recommend him for his solid knowledge of tenant/ landlord concerns and had faith in his tenacity to do the right thing for us. He knows the law and works to do his utmost best.

Mr. Granda was hired to represent my younger brother in a traffic violation. His driving privileges were on the line and Mr. Granda met with my family and informed us of all the possible outcomes. He was very understanding and was available to answer all our questions. At court, he negotiated a favorable agreement with the prosecutor. We have been very pleased with the services provided by Mr. Granda and we'll be seeking future service from him.
