Taylor Dibenedetto and his team are truly amazing. I had recently gotten a really bad speeding ticket late on a Friday Night. I reached out the same night and he responded within minutes. He met with me the next day (Saturday) and immediately made me feel much better about reducing the ticket. He was able to reduce my ticket down from what would have been a life changing punishment to a small fair fine and a couple points. I am beyond thankful for Taylor Dibenedetto and the magic that he was able to pull. Especially being that the county I was stopped in is known for giving people a hard time. So let me begin by saying Taylor D is a phenomenal lawyer. Between him and his partner, and their many years of combined experience, they were exactly what my family needed. They are fairly priced for the services they provided. And after reviewing our case and the paperwork, Taylor never “sugar coated” anything. And then my sons charges worsened. They never raised their fee. Any other lawyer would have doubled the fee or dropped the case. They were HONEST! Never took advantage of us and got us EXACTLY what was promised! They advised us on how the process was going to be handled. Negotiated a fair plea deal considering if he blew trial he could have gotten 40 years. Choosing a lawyer is one of the hardest things in the world. Lives are in their hands. I can only talk about my case, and not others because no 2 cases are alike, but I can tell you from my experience, From start to finish, these 2 attorneys brought it to the table and did not disappoint. Mr Bernstein is rude and quite frankly a jerk! They claim to offer a free consultation and he called me and the first thing he asked was if I could afford a private lawyer. When I said I wasn't sure he said "We'll have a good day!" and hung up on me so the free consultation is a lie!
