Kate Mitchell was a godsend in my case! I was looking at some serious fines and penalties over tickets and her hard work, diligence, and incredible attention to detail allowed us to have all tickets dismissed! Can’t say enough good things about Kate and extremely grateful that her knowledge and expertise saved the day! We had many postponements and Kate fought every step of the way to give the best outcome I could have asked for!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

I had a 2 point ticket reduced to a 0 point ticket with absolutely 0 difficulties thanks to the work of the fantasic attornies at this firm! The correspondance was sometimes a little delayed, but that may be normal for such a busy line of work, as this was my first experience with court. The amount I paid for representation on a traffic ticket was very reasonable as well, I absolutely reccommend this law office for any ticket or traffic violation!

I had contacted Bernstein & DiBenedetto about a couple moving violations I had gotten that equaled to about 12 points. They are extremely nice and very professional. It was such an easy process. I had to go to court for these violations also Tara L Yodice is a part of their law firm and she had met me there to present my case. She was very helpful and professional and she got me off with 0 points and only a $500 fine. These tickets could have cost me thousands of dollars and lose of license. If it wasn’t for this law firm I would have been out of work and paying alot of money. So I want to just thank all of you at the law firm for your professionalism and great service you provide.
