My name is Nori. I made the request for my parents with a lawyer and because he was promoted to judge, he transferred my parents' case to Mr. Cesar's office. In this office the only thing they did was separate my parents' case and make my parents' case more and more entangled. Mr. Caesar who believes that because he has a law degree he can treat people badly is a person who believes he knows everything with an ego that has him sailing on air. They simply had to send a document to the NVC and they couldn't do it, they kept delaying my father's case and asking me for documents that were not even necessary. One day when I realized that they are a failure and that they are not doing their job well, I called him and told him to return my money so I could take my parents' case to another lawyer, so I did as soon as I went to a lawyer. real lawyer told me that the only thing we have to submit a document and that's how it was, they submitted that and now my father already has his appointment at the embassy. In Mr. Cesar's office the only thing they did was keep my parents' case unresolved for 2 years.

I was one of the first almost impossible cases that Cesar was able to fight to the end and win. It took 9 years and I was already hopeless. I went to another attorney to get a 2nd opinion about my case and he swore to me that if Cesar win my case he'd rip his Attorney license in front of me. Thank you Cesar for not giving up on me even when I was loosing faith. Within a year I will apply for citizenship with you. 😇
