I am forever grateful that my friend referred me to Michelle. I had already paid for another lawyer, but they weren't willing to take care of the bulk of my debt. Michelle, is not only professional,dedicated,or reliable. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. There were many times when I became stressed out with worry and fear of the unknown. ..Michelle always always was there to not only answer my questions but to also put my anxiety at ease. Bankruptcy, by itself is a scary thing...if you're not well informed. Yes, you can help by doing research but nothing is more helpful than having a reputable lawyer who knows the laws, of bankruptcy. Do not pick a lawyer based on the lawyer being cheaper, pick a lawyer based on experience, reviews, track recod. Remember, "you get what you pay for".

My son got arrested in Newark on a drug charge and several motor vehicle charges. I did some research for a Lawyer and I am very happy that I picked Mr Bailey. First, when we first met with him he told us every outcome that could happen. My son was facing jail time and a loss of his drivers licence for 2 years. I put my son in a rehab and kept Mr. Bailey up to date on his progress. Several times he went to court without my son because he was in rehab and he kept me posted every time. Also when we did go to court Mr. Bailey knew everyone in the court house, from the Sheriff officers, court clerks, Prosecutors, Lawyers and Judges, he was saying hello to them all. When ever I needed to contact him I would call him or email him and he got back to me every time. I sent updates on my son from his rehab and his halfway house so when we finally went to court for the last time he had copies of everything I sent him to give to the Prosecutor and the Judge. The final result was my son got off without any jail time or probation!! and the motor vehicle charges were dropped. He went from facing jail time to a very low fine and court costs. I have used several Lawyers in my life and Mr. Bailey by far was the most professional I have ever had worked with. I would recommend him to anyone. One last thing I did not shop around for prices buy I think his fee was more than fair.

As a graduate of St. John's University student loans are an inescapable burden I had the misfortune of experiencing recently. Unable to pay off my loans on time, as well as a debt that only grew heavier when paying off my car and rent, I was desperate for help. The first few attorneys I met required fees up front that were ridiculous just to take some background into the case ($1,500 to $2,000)!!! not including the time required to take it to court.
