Mr. Franz Cobos is extremely professional and his office handled my case so smoothly. I had a traffic violation case resulting in court appearance. He managed to dismiss the case with no penalty. Had excellent support from Mr. Cobos and his office during the whole process.

Don't overthink it. Just hire him. He will handle the case like his own. I went to my final hearing and I didn't even answered a single question. He handled everything. I would HIGHLY recommend Law Offices of Monterey Figgins because I was FALSELY ACCUSED! Everyone always says “I didn’t do it” OR “I’m wrongly accused” but I HONESTLY was; and as a person with NO CRIMINAL BACKGROUND this was devastating I take pride as individual especially being a Licensed Professional and a Mom; I was extremely fearful However, throughout the entire court process; the Law Offices of Mobtell Figgins said “We will FIGHT for your case, reputation and your RIGHTS” and they did! In closing, this was my First time HIRING this firm so I was nervous because so many INNOCENT people get falsely accused OR the attorneys don’t feel like fighting for your case after 5 appearances, they want you just to COP A PLEA to get the case off of their desk, but NOT THIS FIRM! Their Retainer is affordable but most of ALL, they believe in their clients, complete their due diligence and WIN just for you! When I say, I can’t stop PRAISING GOD, because I prayed for this firm that God will bless them with Favor & the intelligence they received from Law School. This firm is truly for the PEOPLE!
