They are not professionals, they cannot handle a simple traffic ticket. NOT RECOMENDED!!!!!!!

Very rude assistant at the desk i asked to speak to mr.figgins him self because he told me their will be a price difference on my case if it was sent to municipàl court and she did not want to leave my message for him to call me back and hung up on me with such a attitude

Thank you for your reply to my review. I will say that true class and respect are shown in how we respond to unfavorable things and by the way you chose to respond it’s disrespectful and disheartening. A reply to attack instead of apologizing is classless. I am not a troll but simply a business person that had a client I wanted to refer hence why I called. My email is a gmail account that as I believe you know, anyone can make up using which ever name they like. Furthermore, the name isn’t a New Jersey registered business but that’s neither here nor there. My review clearly stated that maybe I called on the wrong day but unfortunately, how I was treated was very unprofessional so I left a review as I am entitled to do. It was not an attempt to hurt your business in anyway but instead was an attempt to help you strengthen your business by having a conversation with your receptionist about how they spoke to people during an initial call. I still stand by sentiments that maybe I called on a bad day and clearly by your many positive reviews that could be the case but it does not negate how I was treated. Wishing you continued success but I have chosen another attorney to refer my client to. Thank you! Initial review: The reviews I read were amazing but unfortunately, I cannot say I had the same experience. I called and was initially hung up on; then when I called back, I was eagerly dismissed. Maybe I got the wrong person on the phone but not sure if this is an attorney I would refer to anyone.
