Michelle Labayen is the best lawyer I have ever dealt with. It is clear how passionate she is about her work, and she is personal and genuine as well. She helped me with my student loan debt and gave me peace of mind. Dealing with her was a pleasant experience, and thanks to her my financial situation is far better than it has ever been. I would trust her with my life. Definitely would recommend her to anyone that is in financial crisis!

Michelle Labayen literally saved me from drowning in debt. She is a respectable hard working attorney and is the best person I've had the pleasure of doing business with. As a graduate of St. John's University student loans are an inescapable burden I had the misfortune of experiencing recently. Unable to pay off my loans on time, as well as a debt that only grew heavier when paying off my car and rent, I was desperate for help. The first few attorneys I met required fees up front that were ridiculous just to take some background into the case ($1,500 to $2,000)!!! not including the time required to take it to court. Mrs. Labayen graciously understood my situation and respectfully didn't take advantage of my need for professional help in that confusing and frightening time of my life. Thanks to Mrs. Labayen I have more time to pay off my loans in a more manageable manner as well as avoid total financial disarray. Anyone out there that is looking for an attorney with a heart that fights for your case as if it were her own should look her up.

Michelle is very personal and kind and took care of everything for me. I've known her for years and she's helped me and my family and our credit score has never been better. Nice guy he seems to me like a everyday normal person not stuck up that's why I chose him to represent me we were in front of a argont bias judge and prosucter and the prosucter was makeing up lies that were her opion not fact Mr Baliey tryed his best to deal with a unfair situation All in All I'd say he is a decent person and I was comfortable around him and to me that means a lot

AND, unlike any of the other lawyers I dealt with, he knew how to ask the right questions and get to the heart of things in an instant, no matter how complicated the issues; giving keen insight and always reliable, honest feedback. Throughout the handling of my case itself, Mr Bailey was very responsive, returning phone calls promptly no matter what time of day; keeping me updated on any developments as soon as they occurred, and further making sure to reach out to me until he got a hold of me, if he was having a hard time reaching me.
