The Law Office of Montell Figgins has been a huge help during the process of my case's.They provided me with a clear understanding and was available to answer any questions I was unsure of. Today all charges were dropped against me in Municipal Court; with the help from my lawyer. I am please with the out come and is truly grateful for their help.

We had an appointment at 1:30 and we arrived and waited more than an hour to speak with a lawyer just for the assistant to tell us that she’ll give us a call back because the lawyer is busy. We were upset but we waited for a call back and we never got one. Very unprofessional. Plus the assistant wasn’t even wearing a mask.

The lawyers were able to get me PTI which results in dismissal of the charges for possession of ammunition. Which is considered a very serious charge in the state of New Jersey. Sentencing can go up to 18 months if convicted. Thank you Montez Figgins for keeping my freedom!
