If I could give zero stars I would. Stay away from this place at all costs and find another reputable attorney. They took a case for a family member of mine that took almost 8 years and lost the case. This was for a REAL work injury with a large transportation agency and they were confident that there was a case. We would have never imagined the outcome which of course has caused a lot of emotional and mental distress. There’s no sense of transparency with the attorney, poor communication, and poor follow-up. You have to continuously reach out to receive updates on your case, and this further creates a frustrating process. You’re better off representing yourself than to reach out to this law firm.

They made more of an effort to convince my dad to let them have his case than they did after they got it. They will promise the sun and the moon, then whatever dust they actually get you... they take a third. Don't do it.

Para toda las personas no contraten a ginarte para sus casos de accidente es mentira todo lo que dicen mi esposo tiene 7 meses con ellos y no solucionan nada ni el work comp primero dieron el caso a una paralegal que no sabía lo que estaba haciendo después cambiaron a otra paralegal ok no tenemos respuesta ellos le dijeron a mi esposo que no trabaje que si trabajaba se podía caer el caso hasta ahora el ginarte no se a preocupado que el work comp le page a mi esposo lo que le tiene k pagar hasta que se sane la mano

I had a very good experience with these attorneys. They handled my case with the outmost professionalism.

Very professional, they explain everything clearly and if you don't understand something they help you, the supervisor is very friendly and calm and knows what she is doing. For me I give them 10 out of 10.

Hasta ahora están trabajando bien en mu caso y me están ayudando. Los recomiendo y gracias a Dios me hablan en español.
