Soy cliente el cerbicio es excelente me siento muy satisfecho

Absolute worst experience I've ever encountered. They are the most incompetent, non responsive company. They do nothing until I call them to check on my case and it is extremely frustrating. They are never available and never return my calls, they're worse than a public defender... Go elsewhere if you're are looking for quality results because they will leave your case on the shelf. Zero stars if it was an option..

Horrible experience. Would not recommend to anyone. Lots of running around & the customer service is the worst thing I’ve ever experienced. I don’t know if she’s a receptionist or a paralegal, but her name is Fabiola. I called to ask some questions in a polite way in regards to a pending case. She was extremely rude & highly unprofessional. She barley let me talk & insisted to talk over me. I have never dealt with someone that works for a lawyer, & talks with such a nasty attitude. If I could I’d give negative stars.

The worst experience I ever had, never met my lawyer and i only met the paralegal once and that was when I picked up my check from them. They got the case wrong even though I told them what happen which inturn messed my case up bad. To make a long story short it been a yr and im still in pain with no help. I ask the paralegal if I had better options when I spoke to him a yr ago and he said no but then later on I find out I did so basically I was advised wrong. Im now talking to someone about my ptsd that I developed with all the stress I have been going through because of them. I haven't been able to sleep due to the pain and I cant afford assistance because my settlement didn't cover all my bills. Im now struggling to maintain and hope no one else goes through what I went through. Honestly I could of handled this case myself.
