Incredibly terrible law office. Lack of communication is their biggest issue. My attorney changed 4 times and I was only notified once of the change. During my case I moved out of state and the office made a doctor’s appointment for me. In order to make that appointment I had to take off work and my husband had to take off a week of work (no pay) because we have animals and there was no one to watch them so we had to drive to NJ. When I get there, the doctor’s appointment is cancelled and no one notified me. We kindly asked for some kind of compensation because we just took a week off work with no pay for literally no reason, we were told “that’s not going to happen.” When I was supposed to originally receive my settlement check, it was expired bc the amount had changed from the beginning of the case. The paralegal who was working on that left the office and no one decided to continue her work. I called three different times and I was told every time that I would get the check by the end of next week (3 different weeks). Finally, (three months later) I spoke to someone in accounting and was told that my check isn’t ready yet, but it should be within 1-2 days. 30 minutes later, my attorney calls me and tells me that my check is currently on its way to me. I said how? The accounting dept just told me it’s not ready. He then said, well if that’s what they told you, go with that. Just the lack of communication and lack of truth are truly dumbfounding. I have never left a bad review in my life, but this whole time has been SO incredibly infuriating and frustrating and I am severely disappointed in the professionalism at this law office.

Los abogados excelentes pero su personal administrativo . Secretarias y personal de contabilidad son poco profesionales. Mi esposo fue varias veces le dieron un papel con el monto a darle y a ultimo minuto ahh se olvido esto. Ademas si uno no llama las secretarias no devuelven las llamadas sobre cosas importantes. Lastima q el excelente servicio de los abogados se vea opacado por un mal cuerpo administrativo.

Got into a pedestrian accident back in March 2022 and reached out to them a while after. They took all our information and made it super easy. As they were dealing with the case the reached out to me whenever they had any new information. Didn’t feel like I had to worry at all as they handled it perfectly. Had a great outcome and would recommend to others.

Bryan called me through my phone when I was outside of his office, receptionist even called on the phone that I’m there for an appointment. My mother cried and felt hopeless when he told her to get a different job instead of being considerate and understand my mom’s situation and how hard it is for her. I was even called to come in 9:30AM on Sunday but the place never answered, the fact there schedule time is open “24 HOURS” is a joke. First thing I noticed when I got in his office is, I saw a portrait with him and his colleagues 2 of them had a frowned and happy face drawn on a sticky note very professional SMH, that should be enough for anyone to STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM.
