I got bait and switched to this guy. He proceeded to treat me like a criminal. He would talk over me head repeatedly. I would constantly need to remind him I need him to explain things in layman’s terms. Anytime I tried to hold him accountable he would ghost me. Avoid this little weasel.

I experienced a blood alcohol level of a tenth above the legal limit, all while having three drinks. I was shocked by the reading, though I was dehydrated and didn't eat that day; I didn't think I deserved the 7 tix. I had an officer who wasn't the nicest person on top of it. Fast forward to the court date, Mr. Shur found discrepancies and It was all dropped to a single ticket, and DUI wasn't one of them. I wasn't drunk nor did I deserve the extent of the tickets. Again, he found discrepancies which resulted in a single ticket that I deserved. Hire him - he may be able to have charges reduced to what is merited, and not what an angry, bald, short officer deems appropriate. Trust me, hire him and be your own advocate as well. Do not accept what was "handed" to you.

Put simply, if you are in trouble, you want this guy! My case was very complicated and Mr. Shur was able to handle every aspect of it with skill and intelligence. His work far exceeded my expectations as he was able to greatly reduce my charges in what seemed like a hopeless situation. I am very thankful to have had Mr. Shur as my attorney. John Zarych Office are exceptional at what they do. They provide a sense of security after you discuss your situation with them. I was about to enter the workforce with a felony under my record, but after several months of work, the felony had dropped. I am in the military and was facing a DUI charge. This would have meant detrimental impacts on the civilian side, as well as possibly losing my career. Brenden and Mr. Zarych sat down with me during my first meeting to review my situation and also inquire what they could do to assist me in the proceedings for the military side. He did not have to do that, but he did. Brenden truly went out of his way to prove my innocence and allowed me to save my career and move forward in my civilian life.

I must say that the service that MR. Shur provided for me in my trail was beyond professional. From the beginning of the case he was very up front about every thing that could have happened and very honest with me. I couldn't have asked for a better legal defense lawyer. My case drug on for close to a year with multiple postponements, but it was worth it so Mr Shur could explain the facts and prove the prosecution wrong piece by piece. and that's exactly what he did.
