I was referred to Jim almost 12 years ago and needed his help again recently. I can’t say enough good things about this firm. They are always there to help, friendly, compassionate and caring. They have great customer service, return calls when they say they will and when you talk to them they honestly treat you like they care about your situation. Stick with the small family firm over the other guys and I promise you’ll be glad you did.

Jim Swift handled a real estate transaction for our family and we were very pleased with the services he provided. Jim was very thorough, and responded very quickly to our questions and concerns. I was very impressed with how hard Jim worked to get our deal done quickly, as this was at the request of the other party because they had to be out of a different property by a certain date. Jim definitely seemed to care very much in making sure that we were happy with his services.

This firm handled a very tough case for me and they did not disappoint. Jim Swift would not back down until we had achieved a result which was favorable for everyone involved.
