Steve Martino was very rude and condescending towards me and I don’t recommend him to anyone and dose not have any sympathy for what your going threw

James is very helpful with all legal advice & the best attorney to retain for traffic violations, criminal & civil law, & also family court matters. James is very ethical, efficient, & resourceful & he won’t waste your time or money as he is always fair & just. James is one of the only attorneys in NJ who knows the system very well & won’t rip you off while defending you. He’s also very accommodating to your schedule & goes out of his way to make the process as smooth as possible. I highly recommend James Pomaco for any & all legal matters

I hired Steve Martino for a real estate closing. Unfortunately, every interaction I had with him, whether over the phone or through email, was unpleasant. His communication was consistently short, rude, and condescending. When I realized this, the process was too far along for me to switch lawyers. I would strongly advise others to avoid working with this lawyer, as his demeanor is not suitable for a profession that involves interpersonal contact.

Minutes before my Traffic Court Trial in North Caldwell ( 2019 ) James Pomaco confronted me with a surprise witness ( Former Girlfriend & Stalker from 2 years prior ! ) and claimed he had no idea how she inserted herself into the proceedings ! Prior to the Trial Pomoco witheld copies of my Discovery Documents for Ransom. At a subsequent Zoom Court appearance in 2020 I was stunned to learn my Public Defender ( New Lawyer ! ) was no longer available. I had to use Pomoco AGAIN !! Four years later I am still dealing with the fallout of his Unethical performance , violation of my trust and right to Due Process. Effective Immediately I terminate James V Pomoco as my Legal Counsel for all Matters 2019-2020 before North Caldwell Traffic Court Essex County New Jersey !

This attorney firm failed to adequately represent me in a case with Hudson County where I was unjustly terminated from my employment as a Corrections officer. In all phases of my trial, this firm failed to keep me informed of every aspect of my trial and it is my sincere belief that Hudson county offered a monetary amount of funds to this firm to intentionally lose the my case. If you work in the Law enforcement field and find yourself in my situation, do your homework and look for a lawyer who has a good win streak and not involved with county officials.

My parents hired Anthony Iacullo back in 2002 for a case that I was going through. Pretty much changed the course of my life in a very bad way. I'm still struggling to get back on track, thanks in large part to him showing very little interest in the case after getting my family's money
