Great lawyer...

Al Caso is the most compassionate and kind attorney that I have ever met. He treated me with such professionalism and made a terrible situation much less painful. He responded to communications so quickly and thoroughly. I hope I never need to use an attorney again but it is great to know Al is there!

I was referred to Larry Shapiro of Ansell Grimm in December. The amount of stress I was experiencing at the time was awful. Thankfully, I met Larry. Level headed, calm, informed, a wonderful lawyer and a great person. He listened and provided guidance and expertise at a time that felt very daunting. I am glad that is now behind me and will forever be grateful. Thank you Larry.

I am a domestic violence survivor and dealing with my abuser in Family Court. I was highly recommended to hire Alfred Caso by another DV survivor and I am so glad I did. My previous attorney made a lot of mistakes costing me over $10k in back child support and ridiculous visitation schedule with me being responsible to supervise visitations between my abuser and our baby if I could not find someone to supervise for me. Mr. Caso has managed to fix so many of the mistakes my previous attorney made in just one court date. Once my abuser saw I have a good attorney that was able to read the judge and speak accordingly to gain favor in court, he started being nice to me outside of court and actually trying to at least appear to be a concerned father. Mr. Caso was able to get the judge to back date the child support over a year back to what was previously ordered among other things. He pointed out lies my abuser claimed when we had the documented proof to back it up. He pointed out potential lies and asked the judge to order proof to be provided by my abuser and his attoney. Mr. Caso knows how to observe and speak according to the mannerism of the judge, opposing counsel, and of course according to the law. As many know, Family Court typically protects abusers’ parental rights over children’s rights to safety, but Mr. Caso has truly helped my and my daughter’s situation despite that harsh reality. To top it off, his fees are more than reasonable. I could not have asked for a better attorney!

I was buying a house. I get it, I’m not a big client with ongoing billable hours, but this firm made me feel like I was not worth their time. Impossible to contact unless you pick up immediately when they call. They never had time to answer my questions and they made decisions for me without consult. They need training in the basics of customer experience. I will never return. Really shocking to see such poor customer communication in this day and age.

They seem to pick and choose whether they return phone calls. Not sure how they can make that decision without actually talking to someone but perhaps the other partners should know when one discriminates.
