I appreciate the time and research Mr Rescinio put in to my case. During multiple court appearances he presented precedents and facts to influence the case in my favor. As my Public Defender he did a great job.

Al has been my lawyer for more then 20 years I'm glad I can call him a friend.al works very hard for you all times of the day night weekends he has no sense of time because his clients come first always I have gotten phone calls on a sunday to ask a question about something that has to with ur case my point is he is determined to get the best results for you.Al is a remarkable lawyer if you have any problems call him he will get back to you with an answer no going in circles like most attorney.Great man father husband thank you al for always being there.

Albert was able to get my son out of a pickle without any serious ramifications. He also handles all my my mother's estate planning and legal issues. He is a friendly, smart lawyer with an outstanding personality.

If there was a chance to leave less than 1 star I would! I want to start by apologizing to the Paralegal working for this attorney as she had to take the brunt of the phone calls made to Albert Rescinio's office. Mr. Rescinio had a court date a 7:30 am today. After confirming with his Paralegal the night before, in which we were told we had to be there by 7:30 am otherwise we would jeopardize the case, was a NO SHOW. Let's forget for a moment that my wife and son drove 30 minutes in the pouring rain to be at the courthouse in Asbury Park at 7:30 am. Mr. Rescinio, by his own doing, made himself appear incompetent, unprofessional and unreliable in front of an entire courtroom. Including the judge and prosecutors who commented on his unprofessional actions in front of a packed courthouse. So how did this all end? The court, after waiting 2 hours for Mr. Rescinio to show finally said; "Have Mr. Rescinio call me now and we can work this out over the phone and prevent you from coming back". At which point my wife had to call his paralegal, have his paralegal call him and have him call the courts. So...would you like Mr. Albert Rescinio representing you? I cannot believe, what we are all taught in Kindergarten, which is to always show up on time and respect other peoples time as well has been lost to this attorney. Shame on you Mr. Rescinio, your actions not only got you this Google review, but you single handily showed this packed court house your true work ethic.
