Yan is highly professional and knowledgeable attorney. We had some challenges in our case, which were resolved promptly and appropriately. Yan's expertise and experience in the bankruptcy law, and due process is exceptional. His performance and communication skills made both me and my husband to feel confident. Disappointing to say the least. I gave a $1000 deposit for work that his firm was contracted to do. I stopped the work before they even started with any type of legal proceeding as my circumstances had changed. They were not willing to refund ANY of my so call "deposit" of $1000. Very bad business practices. Buyer beware. So many other ethical attorneys out there to chose from.
