I was involved in an auto accident that was a slam dunk in my favor. Other driver tried to go the wrong way in a one way street, realized it, and stopped in the middle of the intersection where I had no time to stop. Accident report clearly stated this and driver admitted fault. Contacted Rudikh & Associates and went through the process. Eventually I was brought in to Rudikh’s office to be presented an offer from the insurance company. Harry told me he turned down multiple offers, none of which were presented to me(which I understand is illegal) I told Harry and his junior partner( whose name escapes me) that it was not sufficient and that I would not accept it. At this point things got rather hostile. In a nutshell, his junior partner got a little heater because I turned it down basically saying that’s all I’ll be able to get and Harry agreed. They said if I turn it down I may need to go to court and the fees would be very expensive if that were to happen. I stayed calm and said that would be a chance I’d have to take. They continued to try to talk me out of it but I declined. Eventually I got an award close to what I was looking for but some more games were played in receiving my money. They received the check but I got it close to two months later. This review is long enough so I’ll just say that I don’t recommend this place and would never go back for any reason.
