Word of advice for Harry Shlyonsky:
When a potential client asks for a pen to write down the information your giving, the correct response IS NOT "You don't need a pen, just listen to what I'm saying."
You lost a client right then and there. I went with someone else even though you were the cheaper option because of that.
Try to be more professional next time.

This was my first experience with an attorney. And it was absolutely awful! They never got back to me when they said they would. They waited 5 months after my treatment to request my files from my treating doctors and when they finally got it, they dropped me as a client. I guess I should have picked up on this when they kept promising and not delivering from the very beginning.
