I recently sought legal services from Rudikh & Associates, and while I had high hopes, my experience was mixed. On the positive side, the initial consultation was thorough and informative. However, I encountered significant challenges with communication. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for follow-up discussions and clarifications, my calls were never returned. The lack of timely communication added an unnecessary layer of stress and uncertainty to the process. It was impossible to get someone to return my calls, which is a critical aspect of client service that needs improvement. It's been about 6 weeks since my initial phone call and I am still waiting. Horrible! Last person i spoke with was Jacklyn, she assured me she will be returning my call, it's been 2 weeks since. My case was settled i was not informed by the attorney or their staff. Their client communication leaves much to be desired. I hope this feedback serves as a constructive critique, prompting a review of their client engagement protocols to enhance overall service quality. I do not recommend!
