I found a great real estate lawyer. I recently bought a condo in Roseland NJ but in the middle of it all, I had a double Spinal surgery. John literally became my Life-Line. I'd never owned a home, had no clue how it worked but really lucked out when my realtor suggested John Carrino, Esq. He's had my back from the moment he sent me his cell number at 8:30 AM on a Saturday morning, assuring me I could reach him at any time. Amazing! Who does that nowadays. Not many! And so very kind. Since I can't do much because of surgery, knowing this man has made my recovery allot easier. I feel so confident and reassured with John Carrino, Esq. as my attorney. I know this for sure because my cousin recently closed on a new house in South Jersey and her buyers attorney was a nightmare. She was in tears at one point-, the buyer delayed their closing, then she had to delay her new closing on the house she was buying. She had to reschedule movers- and so many other little details to be changed. Having a good, knowledgeable attorney makes all the difference in the world. I would highly recommend John Carrino, Esq. if you need an attorney. He travels to you if need be too. When we close 11/1, he is traveling closer to me since I can’t drive too far right now.
