Julio helped us on the process of buying our first apartment. Since the apartment is a COOP unit, so many additional steps were required. Julio did a perfect job. Also, we had a huge documentation issue from the COOP’s side on the closing date and we could not close on time if Julio did not take the initiative and fix the document. Thank you Julio.
