Mr Jerry Elashmawy deserves way more than 5 Stars. I cannot begin to explain my fear of being in a situation I have never faced before. I was extremely unsure and stressed about the potential outcome, however from the start he treated me as a human being. It wasn't about money, it was about respect, compassion and decency. At the time when everything happened, I was facing a lot and trying to get my family to a safer location to live, he actually did a payment plan which HELPED financially since we had just gotten approved for a safe, new apartment for us and our kids. He went above and beyond to make sure everything would be dismissed and having the UTMOST patience. He had no issues even communicating with my husband, especially with my anxiety. On top of handling everything as private as possible, even on the day of court. He walked me through everything, he spoke to me and handle everything with care, he went above and beyond to understand my family dynamics. Mr. Elashmawy was very helpful and honest with me when explaining the possible outcome of my situation he did not hold back he did everything he explained he was going to do, he made sure he updated me of what the police officers were trying to contact me for. He also indicated that he will handle my legal services if the police continued to try to interrogate me. even though no charges were pending against me he made sure i was well aware of everything that was going on and that he will take care of everything for me. and he did as such.
