Please don’t waste your time and money on Nicholas C Ponzini. We hired him to represent us when we bought our second home. He was unresponsive never returned phone calls, emails or request. I am so truly disappointed with his service and to think it could get any worse… he never showed up to the closing!! Mr. Ponzini didn’t even have the decency to call us and tell us he was not coming. So when rating Mr. Ponzini I would fail him as a lawyer and would not recommend him.
